Guests have free use throughout the year of the parking area, the sun-bathing lawn, the bike garage and the ski store with waxing bench and boot dryer.

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Because there is often some damage to furniture and cleaning takes much longer, we charge a supplement of € 10.00 per day, excluding food. Please bring a blanket or basket for your dog.

The prices shown are per person, in a double room, and exclude the local tourist tax levied on hotels of € 3,00 per person/night. Children under the age of 14 are exempt. The tax must be paid on departure and is billed separately. Errors and omissions excepted.

Deposits should be paid, if possible, by either bank transfer or credit card.

As from 1 January 2023, it is no longer permissible in Italy to pay sums of over € 4999.99 in cash. We do of course accept debit cards, credit cards, non-transferable checks, bank transfers and cash payments.

We apply a discount for a third person staying in the same room.
For children in their parents' room (2 paying adults), we apply the following discounts:

• Children aged 0 to 2: free (cot available on request)
• Children aged 2 to 6: 50% discount
• Children aged 6 to 12: 30% discount
• Children aged 12 to 15: 10% discount

Cancellations up to 14 days before the agreed date of arrival: the guest or contracting party can annul the contract for accommodation without payment of a penalty, by making a unilateral written declaration to that effect. Cancellations less than 14 days before the agreed date of arrival: the guest or contracting party is required to pay the following penalties for cancellation:

For cancellations between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date, we charge 30% of the total price.
For cancellations between 7 and 3 days before the arrival date, we charge 40% of the total price.
For cancellations less than 3 days before the arrival date, we charge 50% of the total price.

• Cancellations must always be made by means of a unilateral written declaration and according to the terms indicated above.
• In the event of no-show without written notice of cancellation, the guest or contracting party will be charged 70% of the agreed price for the total period.
• The agreed price includes accommodation, meals and any other services.
• If any of the beds previously booked are unoccupied but not cancelled, the percentage charged will only apply to those particular beds.
• In the event of early departure, the guest or contracting party will be charged the full price for the days he made use of the accommodation, and 70% of the agreed price for the remaining days.
